On Monday (6), three teenagers - aged 15, 16 and 17 - gave testimony at the 58th DP (Posse). The case was transferred to the Women's Service Station (Deam) of Nova Iguaçu. While the minors spoke to the investigators, the victim was taken to the Legal Medical Institute (IML) of Nova Iguaçu and underwent a body examination - three days after the episode. According to the delegate Mônica Areal, head of Deam, the girl will be heard again, this time with the presence of a professional specialized in special testimony of minors victims of sexual violence².
