A woman reportedly named ACA (17) went viral, a video of wikwik serving foreign nationals (WNA) circulated.

This name went viral starting from searching for the current trending searches, Wednesday (11/10).

Based on the investigation, ACA is a 17-year-old girl whose video was circulating in an apartment.

As reported by Kompas.com, the girl, known as ACA, was a victim of exploitation by a pimp.

The pimp has the initials JL (30). Based on his confession, he offered victims to two philanderers throughout 2022.

At that time, the man who used ACA's services was a foreign citizen (WNA) with the initials N at a rate of IDR 3 million.

They performed wikwik in an apartment in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, in June 2022.

At that time, N recorded the action secretly without the victim's knowledge. And the video of N and ACA was apparently spread on one of the negative sites.

“The video was spread on social media, on porn sites. "This was first discovered by the family (ACA) and was finally conveyed to the parents," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Bintoro, when confirmed.

When they found out that their child's face was displayed on a negative website, ACA's parents were said to be immediately shocked and devastated.

“The victim's parents were devastated by this incident. "They then reported this case to the South Jakarta Metro Police," he said.

However, the report was made several months after ACA's parents became aware of the video, in January 2023 to be precise.

Immediately carry out an investigation

Bintoro said that his party did not know the specific reason for this. He could only confirm that at that time his party immediately carried out an investigation to hunt down pimps and philanderers who used ACA services.

After being on the run for several months, the pimp with the initials JL was finally arrested. He was arrested at his private residence in one of the areas in the capital city.

"We arrested the person concerned (JL) at his private home after an investigation and investigation process," said Bintoro.

Currently, the police are still hunting for a foreigner with the initials N to find out who the figure is behind the spread of the video featuring ACA.

The reason is, JL didn't talk much when questioned by investigators, so the police found it difficult to develop this case.

"If you're asked if you don't want to answer, just keep quiet. "But we are still trying to find loopholes, we will continue to update later," he concluded. For your information, JL as a pimp actually does not know the ACA directly.

It is known that the perpetrator was introduced by one of his friends and finally met ACA. After getting to know each other, JL then began to exploit ACA.

Since January 2022, ACA is said to have served two men in two places, namely in the Kemang and Kebayoran Lama areas. JL has now also been named a suspect.

He was charged with Article 76 in conjunction with Article 88 of Republic of Indonesia Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and/or Article 2 paragraph 1 of Republic of Indonesia Law No. 21 of 2007 concerning the Crime of Human Trafficking (TPPO). He faces a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
